SOWPARNIKA THERMISTORS & HYBRIDS Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated as on 4th day of January, 2007 under the companies Act, 1956. The company is promoted by Mr. M.M.JAYAKUMAR. The main objective of the project is to manufacture NTC Thermistors, an electro ceramic component which has wide applications in almost all sectors of industry.
Products of the Company & its Uses:
Thermistors are semiconducting devices which changes its resistance with temperature. As they are extremely sensitive to temperature, they are used in almost every equipments we use daily, for sensing, measuring, and controlling temperature. Due to the advantages of cost, accuracy and dependability of Thermistors, demand of the same is increasing day by day. This component is mainly coming as import from other countries like Japan, Taiwan, Korea, china etc., as the production of the same in India is only a negligible quantity.
Infrastructure facilities:
The company presently has two own locations situated in Kolazhy Gramapanchayat with a total land space of 15cents and a building of 5000sqft and almost all equipments required for manufacture of NTC Thermistor disc. Equipments used are all the best available in the industry. The total power sanctioned by Kerala Electricity Board is 70KW .To overcome power failures and to maintain production the company is equipped with a generator having capacity of 62.50KVA .The generator was chosen so as to be pollution free by having an acoustic enclosure. The company has taken all necessary steps to see that the public shall not in any way be affected by any water, air or sound pollution.

1. M.M.JAYAKUMAR ,Managing Director , B Tech(Chemical Engineering)
Started his career with Keltron and had worked in Keltron Power devices Ltd, Thrissur and Keltron electro ceramics Ltd, Kuttipuram from 1980 to 1994.During his tenure he had been handling both production and Research and Development of electronic components including NTC Thermistors.
During the year 1994 Left service with Keltron and floated a Private Limited company named Nila Tech Pvt Ltd for manufacturing of NTC Thermistors and was the Managing Director till he left the company in 2004.
In 2004 he had started Sowparnika Associates as a Proprietary firm to manufacture NTC Thermistors and in 2007 reconstituted it to a Pvt Ltd company named Sowparnika Thermistors & Hybrids Pvt Ltd.
During the year 1994 Left service with Keltron and floated a Private Limited company named Nila Tech Pvt Ltd for manufacturing of NTC Thermistors and was the Managing Director till he left the company in 2004.
In 2004 he had started Sowparnika Associates as a Proprietary firm to manufacture NTC Thermistors and in 2007 reconstituted it to a Pvt Ltd company named Sowparnika Thermistors & Hybrids Pvt Ltd.
2. S GANGADHARAN NAMPOOTHIRY, Exe.Director , B Tech (Chemical Engineering)
Started his career with Keltron and had worked in Keltron Power devices Ltd, Thrissur and Keltron Controls, Aroor, Alleppey from 1980 to 1994.During his tenure with Keltron he had been handling production and marketing of Electronic components.
During the year 1994 left service with Keltron and floated a partnership firm manufacturing Inverters and UPS (Penta brand) under the name G&G Associates till 2006.
In 2007 he associated with Sowparnika Thermistors & Hybrids Pvt Ltd.

3. K.R.MOHAN, Director of Operations
Started his career in Keltron Power Devices Ltd in 1979 and had been in the company till 1998.
He had associated with Sowparnika Thermistors & Hybrids Pvt Ltd in 2007.
He had associated with Sowparnika Thermistors & Hybrids Pvt Ltd in 2007.
